Success Story is also story of many failures

We meet any successful person and listen his story or read stories or history of great persons. We will come to know that every success story is also a story of many failures. What we see is Success and success is visible & noticed but People fail to see the numerous failures that the successful person encounters during his journey of success. One of the classic examples are Colonel Sanders story. Colonel Sanders was an American businessman. He was the founder of world famous KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken). He started his restaurant business at the age of 65 years. His success story is also failure story of 1009 times. His recipe was rejected 1009 times before it was accepted. Today all of us know about KFC. But think for a while what would have happened, if Colonel Sanders would have quit after 1008 times. There would not have been any KFC.
The great actor Amitabh Bachchan was rejected by radio channel stating that his voice was not found suitable for radio. Today, he is considered as one of the best orator with exceptional voice. Abraham Lincoln, the 16th US President failed many times in his life before he went on to became President of United states of America.
Similar story you can find in your surroundings also.
If you want to write your own success story you will have to write story of failure. While you have been busy making failure story, Simultaneously your success story would be in making. I am not saying you make deliberate mistakes. I am saying that if you want to travel the road less traveled, if want to succeed in your endeavor, if you want to make a niche for yourself, you may make mistakes, you are bound to. But you should not be afraid of making mistakes. Chances of success many a times depends on the rate at which one fails and at the same time learning from mistakes. If you are not learning from your mistakes, then it will lead us to shattered dreams and broken hearts.
We must keep in mind that with every failure We learn lessons and we must improve our skill set and remove road blocks to achieve our goals. Failure are greater teacher than success. Learning is more in adverse situation than in comfort zone. So, do not be afraid to fail rather dare to fail. One word of caution here, We do not have luxury of time that we can not make every mistake ourselves and then learn.   We must also learn from other 's mistakes also.

Please do write me your story. We are here to listen your failure story as your failure will ultimately lead you to your success story.

Be aware of your dreams and Goals

Hi, my name is Kumar. I am working on a mission to help people realize their true potential and live their dream life. Yesterday, I was with a group of 5 young executives, who was working for the last 5 years in one of the reputed banks of this country. I asked them, “Do you know what the difference between dreams and goals is?” Surprisingly, they answered in negative. They are among the top 10 per cent of the population when it comes to earning. I know they are hardworking and bright and in a couple of years, they will be handling important assignments like in-charge of the branch. So, I was expecting them to know regarding dreams and goals. But when they could not answer, I remember what Brain Tracy once said, “Most people fail to set goals, because they do not know.” Today we are living beyond the information age where we are bombarded with information. So, it is easier to access this kind of information. Probably, the flip side of it is it has made these things complicated. However…

Have Single-Minded devotion To Your Goal

To succeed in your mission, you must have single-minded devotion to your goals.                                                                                                A.P.J. Abdul Kalam
Once you are clear about your dream, you can make it your goal.
How can you make your dream your goal?
When it comes to goal setting, it should be divided into short term goals and long term goals. There is no such categorization which goals can be short term goals and which can be long term goals. You can keep those goals under short term which can be achieved in one year. Long term goals are your dreams. The goals that you want to achieve 2 years down the line or 5 years, 10 years or 20 years down the line. Goals like owning a beautiful house with beautiful garden having swimming pool, at calm or serene place, plenty of space to play with children and spouse, owning fleet of luxurious cars, owning stud farms, exotic vacation, optimum health, financial freedom, time to pursue recreation activiti…

Make monthly resolutions as you make yearly rsolutions

Like many people, I love making new resolutions. Today is the first day of a new month. Isn’t it exciting to make a new resolution for a month? But when I first thought of a monthly resolution my mind rejected it. One month, only one month what could i achieve in one month. I set a goal of losing weight of 10-12 pounds, year after year without ever achieving it. How is it possible to do it in one month? My dream list includes the purchase of a new home, a new car; it includes exotic vacations with my family. My dream list also includes substantial built of a portfolio in paper assets; it also includes completing my first book. It also includes running ultra-marathon. There are career-related dreams. All these long term dreams would take at least many months together if not years, hence it does not count a month. This was my thinking earlier but now, when I set daily goals, a month provides me with an opportunity to 30 times more than my daily time available to work on my dreams. There…
