Why do i write blog

It was in the year 2014,one of my colleague introduced me to blogspot. I am a voracious reader but i am not a writer. I posted some post in my blogs what i learnt during my interaction with people and during my course of success journey. After writing for couple of months, i lost my consistency due to engagement in my other priorities. I started with an objective to inspire people. I do believe that to achieve any goal 99% perspiration and 1% inspiration is needed. And i believe 1% inspiration is inevitable ingredient in the journey of success. This 1% is needed to ignite fuel for 99% perspiration. However, due to some other priorities i could not give much time to my writing. Then a month back i came in contact with an entrepreneur who is doing well in his manufacturing business, however, he wants to make his name in hospitality business. That means right now he is doing what he does not want to do but his dream is something else. I told him about my blog  he read my blogs and urged to write regularly. Then i thought as long as my blog inspires to even a single person. I must keep on writing.  As we need healthy food to keep our body fit and healthy, we need good reading to keep our mind healthy. Of course there are several blogs which covers similar topics. There are blogs of great motivation speakers like Zig Ziglar, Brian Tracy, Shiv Khera to name a few.
But here i will share stories of common people who by following the principles of success, knowingly or unknowingly, transform their life. Not only in one aspect but the whole gamut of life which includes growth, growth in terms of physical, financial, mental, spiritual.

So, keep giving healthy food to your mind.......

Be aware of your dreams and Goals

Hi, my name is Kumar. I am working on a mission to help people realize their true potential and live their dream life. Yesterday, I was with a group of 5 young executives, who was working for the last 5 years in one of the reputed banks of this country. I asked them, “Do you know what the difference between dreams and goals is?” Surprisingly, they answered in negative. They are among the top 10 per cent of the population when it comes to earning. I know they are hardworking and bright and in a couple of years, they will be handling important assignments like in-charge of the branch. So, I was expecting them to know regarding dreams and goals. But when they could not answer, I remember what Brain Tracy once said, “Most people fail to set goals, because they do not know.” Today we are living beyond the information age where we are bombarded with information. So, it is easier to access this kind of information. Probably, the flip side of it is it has made these things complicated. However…

Have Single-Minded devotion To Your Goal

To succeed in your mission, you must have single-minded devotion to your goals.                                                                                                A.P.J. Abdul Kalam
Once you are clear about your dream, you can make it your goal.
How can you make your dream your goal?
When it comes to goal setting, it should be divided into short term goals and long term goals. There is no such categorization which goals can be short term goals and which can be long term goals. You can keep those goals under short term which can be achieved in one year. Long term goals are your dreams. The goals that you want to achieve 2 years down the line or 5 years, 10 years or 20 years down the line. Goals like owning a beautiful house with beautiful garden having swimming pool, at calm or serene place, plenty of space to play with children and spouse, owning fleet of luxurious cars, owning stud farms, exotic vacation, optimum health, financial freedom, time to pursue recreation activiti…

Make monthly resolutions as you make yearly rsolutions

Like many people, I love making new resolutions. Today is the first day of a new month. Isn’t it exciting to make a new resolution for a month? But when I first thought of a monthly resolution my mind rejected it. One month, only one month what could i achieve in one month. I set a goal of losing weight of 10-12 pounds, year after year without ever achieving it. How is it possible to do it in one month? My dream list includes the purchase of a new home, a new car; it includes exotic vacations with my family. My dream list also includes substantial built of a portfolio in paper assets; it also includes completing my first book. It also includes running ultra-marathon. There are career-related dreams. All these long term dreams would take at least many months together if not years, hence it does not count a month. This was my thinking earlier but now, when I set daily goals, a month provides me with an opportunity to 30 times more than my daily time available to work on my dreams. There…
