Action leads you to your goals

The missing link between your dream and reality is action.

Take action for your dreams every day. Keep a journal and record what you do every day to accomplish the task you have undertaken. Always keep in mind-without action all other success principles will not work. It is aptly said by Jim R “Affirmation without discipline is a delusion.”
There are people who are sincere, hardworking and honest but still they are living a mediocre life and on the other hand, there are unscrupulous, unfair people who do not work as hard as other people do still they manage to earn more and live a prosperous life. There is only one reason for this, their desire to succeed, their desire to get what they want is very intense, they work every day, and they put effort on a consistent and persistent basis to achieve what they want. The other people fail to do it. This is the difference.
Dreams & Goals without discipline is merely wishful thinking. Make a concrete plan, have belief in your plan. Once you start executing your plan you will come across various challenges which you would be capable of turning into an opportunity.  But the important thing is you must take action every day.
There are times when the goals seem unachievable. This happens because of a lack of faith and belief. In such a situation, it is more important to take massive action- even if you do not believe initially. As you will progress, faith and belief will also increase. Results will definitely come if there is consistent and focused action. When I started writing I was having doubt if I would make a good writer, but one thing I made sure that every day I read and write.
Having doubt was natural as I was not a trained writer and in the past, I never thought of making writing as my career. There was only one way I could monitor my progress as a writer, it was a number of words I would see on my monitor. I read more than 30 books in the year 2018 and I have a goal to read more than 50 books in the year 2019. I wrote 500 words daily in 2018. I gradually increased it to 1000 words in the year 2019. As a result, I had been able to write many articles and draft for my first book.
You can also do it. Whatever your goal may be, you need to just keep on working, you can start with working those things which are possible, later on, you would find you are doing what once seemed impossible for you. With the consistent effort, your capability and skill sets would enhance to such a level that you would be amazed to see the changes in yourself. This enhanced capability would help you to reach your goals faster and easier way. But to achieve this you need to be tough to yourself.
Self-talk, goal setting, excellent coaching system, will not work if these are not supported by action. You may have a brilliant idea but it will not give any result if it not acted upon. Can you imagine a good harvest without tilling the soil and sowing seeds in the field? Obviously not:  Farmers know it and apply it. You know it and you need to apply it in your endeavour to achieve your goals.
Tracking and assessment of your progress on a monthly basis, weekly basis and daily basis are essential. It will help you keep the focus on your goals and put concerted effort.
The path to success is to take massive, determined action: Tony Robbins.
Dreams and Goals without action cause frustration. Massive action has no substitute. An action is an antidote for self-doubt. Everything is possible if you believe in yourself. If you have a burning desire to get and do something, paths are laid down by God himself. You need to look at it. It can be seen through the lens of vision. Without vision man or any organization will perish. If you want to survive in the toughest of the time, take massive action on a continuous basis. Slow and steady wins the race is long gone. Slow and steady does not win the race. It’s fast and steady. Take massive action in urgency.
You need to take action for your dreams Now, Right now.

Be aware of your dreams and Goals

Hi, my name is Kumar. I am working on a mission to help people realize their true potential and live their dream life. Yesterday, I was with a group of 5 young executives, who was working for the last 5 years in one of the reputed banks of this country. I asked them, “Do you know what the difference between dreams and goals is?” Surprisingly, they answered in negative. They are among the top 10 per cent of the population when it comes to earning. I know they are hardworking and bright and in a couple of years, they will be handling important assignments like in-charge of the branch. So, I was expecting them to know regarding dreams and goals. But when they could not answer, I remember what Brain Tracy once said, “Most people fail to set goals, because they do not know.” Today we are living beyond the information age where we are bombarded with information. So, it is easier to access this kind of information. Probably, the flip side of it is it has made these things complicated. However…

Have Single-Minded devotion To Your Goal

To succeed in your mission, you must have single-minded devotion to your goals.                                                                                                A.P.J. Abdul Kalam
Once you are clear about your dream, you can make it your goal.
How can you make your dream your goal?
When it comes to goal setting, it should be divided into short term goals and long term goals. There is no such categorization which goals can be short term goals and which can be long term goals. You can keep those goals under short term which can be achieved in one year. Long term goals are your dreams. The goals that you want to achieve 2 years down the line or 5 years, 10 years or 20 years down the line. Goals like owning a beautiful house with beautiful garden having swimming pool, at calm or serene place, plenty of space to play with children and spouse, owning fleet of luxurious cars, owning stud farms, exotic vacation, optimum health, financial freedom, time to pursue recreation activiti…

Make monthly resolutions as you make yearly rsolutions

Like many people, I love making new resolutions. Today is the first day of a new month. Isn’t it exciting to make a new resolution for a month? But when I first thought of a monthly resolution my mind rejected it. One month, only one month what could i achieve in one month. I set a goal of losing weight of 10-12 pounds, year after year without ever achieving it. How is it possible to do it in one month? My dream list includes the purchase of a new home, a new car; it includes exotic vacations with my family. My dream list also includes substantial built of a portfolio in paper assets; it also includes completing my first book. It also includes running ultra-marathon. There are career-related dreams. All these long term dreams would take at least many months together if not years, hence it does not count a month. This was my thinking earlier but now, when I set daily goals, a month provides me with an opportunity to 30 times more than my daily time available to work on my dreams. There…
