I am fascinated about goals setting and achieving them. Setting goals-long term as well as short term goals, give control over my life. My life has completely changed once I learnt the scientific method of goal setting. One day like any other day I got up early and went for my running practice. I was in loose full track pant and t-shirt. I usually carry my mobile while running. I put my mobile in one of the pockets of my track pant. I carry the mobile to track my pace during practice. But that day whenever I tried to increase my pace the mobile would start hanging up and down due to the loose track pant. I really got irritated. Simple act to be master in your chosen field

Take simple steps, unlearn things that are not necessary and learn things that are important to achieve goals and to make life simpler. There are many things which we have learnt. Sometimes, these learning which is supposed to help us achieve greater heights in life, but on the other hand, these causes hindrance, probably, one of the reasons may be while learning we learn many things which are negative learning that causes doubts in mind. If such is the situation we must unlearn certain things. So, we can create space to learn new things that are essential for us to achieve a larger purpose.
